Your packages might be opened and retaped by your country’s customs office for controlling purposes.

Faulty Product Returns

If there is any defection with the items you buy from us, another one will be sent immediately with no additional cost to the buyer.

  • Firstly please email [email protected] so we can provide you with a return authorization. (To process your return, we may require proof of defective.)

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of order receipt.
    Order Cancellation

Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to cancel at any point until the packing and shipping process has started. If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. To cancel your order please contact by emailing [email protected]. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed; however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it begins processing.


Your satisfaction is our top priority and we’re confident you’ll be pleased with our products. Still, if you don’t like the product, if it just doesn’t work for you, return it. Within 14 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned for any reason. (We don’t refund shipping costs unless items are defective).

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please email [email protected]. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid with minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to several weeks for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).
